ETH Global Services
Courses for staff
The ETH human resources department offers courses for staff involved
in international projects or managing multi-cultural groups with the
topic "Communicating across cultures".
ETH Global serves all ETH members in issues related to international relations and receives international delegations visiting ETH Zurich.
- We provide information on all international activities inside ETH.
- We organise and plan visits of international delegations at ETH Zurich.
- We plan and organise ETH missions abroad.
- We provide information on international research funding possibilities.
- We coordinate the Bilateral Science and Technology Cooperation Programmes of the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) for China, Japan and South Korea.
- We manage the Sawiris Scholarships and seed money funds in research for development (R4D).
- We coordinate international activities in line with the Global Strategy of ETH Zurich.
- We establish and maintain contacts to institutional partners.
- We provide specific services for student associations, scientific staff, administrative staff of ETH and international visitors.
